Customers wanted their apartment to be strict, but at the same time not resembling an office. As a result, the main idea of the project was a combination of rough and contrasting textures of concrete and terrazzo with delicate textures of fabrics, soft carpets and strict black and white surfaces.

Absence of superfluous details and simple forms help to keep balance and the interior doesn't look overloaded.
